Glitch: Walk on air

Walk up the stairs at the north end of the hospital in Vice City (in North Banana Grove). Move over to the edge of the building. You can now walk over objects and water. The police also will not be able to do anything since you are in mid-air. Walk down any set of stairs to return to normal. There is another location where this trick may be done. On Madrian Mayhem, go to South Market. There will be a blue building with a small flight of stairs. Go up the stairs, move over to the edge, and then float on air.
